The tiredness is still very much swamping me. I’m hoping that this will not continue much longer as it is incredibly annoying to become so tired after doing really basic things like writing a blog post or making a cup of tea.

Coming off the pills was a decision that I made. I may have started taking them to please a couple of people (that means more than one person) but I have stopped taking them because I wanted to. They are making me worse and it is not worth the hassle.

Nobody has made me stop taking them. I know some people might think that I am going to try and do myself in again, I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it. I’m a big boy and people should look after themselves and not worry about me at all. đŸ™‚

I took part in football training last night which I haven’t done for a long time due to a combination of working and being thrown off the team. It was very, very, tiring but I think I got a lot out of it and might have made a bit of a case for getting back into the side.

One of the training exercises was two people going for a header, I went up against everyone in my group and wasn’t beaten at all. Even John Bracegirdle was beaten by me and he is a good four or five inches taller than me. đŸ™‚

The guy who I’m challenging for left back on Saturday (a Swedish guy called Robert) didn’t come to training as he had to work so hopefully that means I’m in for Saturday. Well even if I don’t get in at least I burned off more of my belly fat.

  1. You never went up against me! (Although you more than likely would have beaten me as well.) But I surprised myself by beating Jamie, John and even Ryan. The only person I did not beat was the 14 year old kid that was in our group, and that was mainly due to Scott's poor throwing.
