The family came round today and together we blitzed the back garden, my mother struggled to mow the lawn with a lawn mower that stopped every second, my sister cleaned up the shed, my niece and nephew pulled any grass and weeds from the cracks in the patio slabs, I moved the plants and my dad directed traffic.
It was hard work because of the heat and because Roxy (my dog) got excited about having people in the garden and wouldn’t leave us alone, my mum thinks there is something wrong with her, but I am around her all the time and I know she loves having company because we don’t get many visitors. Thinking about it she is due a visit to the vets for a check-up soon as it is a while since her last one. I normally take her to a private vet in West Ham who is VERY expensive, it is a shame that EntirelyPets Pharmacy doesn’t offer a vet service (or is available in this country), because I’d like to find a cheaper option, but not cut back on the care she receives.
I didn’t back any horses today and the ones I had my eye in ALL came in, isn’t that just my luck?! I’ll resume my betting tomorrow and I bet I don’t have half as much luck as I would have had today!
I am running the 2018 London Marathon to raise money for Livability UK in memory of my dad. If you can I'd appreciate any donation you can spare. http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/deansaliba
